• The Website is made available by INSCULPT – THE FITNESS HUB (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Refund Policy (the “Refund Policy”) governs the use of this website.
• BY USING THE WEBSITE, THE USER ACCEPTS AND AGREES TO THIS REFUND POLICY AS IT APPLIES TO THE USE OF THE WEBSITE. If the user does not agree to this Refund Policy, the user may not access or otherwise use the Website.
• The license to use the Company’s workout programs available for subscription on our website is fully functional.
• Users who wish to subscribe to the Company’s website programs will receive their registered subscription upon making full payment through the Company’s registered payment gateway. Once the user’s payment has been cleared, the user’s license to use the Program will be activated.
• Once the license is activated, it shall not be cancelled during the applicable workout session period. If the user wishes to cancel the subscription, no refund will be issued upon such cancellation.
• It is the user’s responsibility to evaluate the fitness and suitability of the workout session before subscribing to our program.
• Once a subscription has been purchased, all payments made towards the subscription shall be NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• It is the user’s sole responsibility to familiarise themselves with this refund and cancellation policy.
• By making a payment to the Company to subscribe to our program, you indicate that you have read this Refund Policy and that you agree to and fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy.
