• The Website is made available by Insculpt – The Fitness Hub(hereinafter referred to as “The Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”). The Refund Policy (the “Refund Policy”) governs use of this website.
• BY USING THE WEBSITE, THE USER ACCEPTS AND AGREES TO THIS REFUND POLICY AS APPLIED TO THE USE OF THE WEBSITE. If the user does not agree to these Refund Policy, the user may not access or otherwise use the Website.
• The license to use The Company workout programis available for subscription on our website and is completely functional.
• The users desire to subscribe to The Company’s websitewould get their registered subscription upon making of complete Payment through The Company’s registered payment Gateway, once the user payment is cleared, the user’s license to use the Program will be activated.
• Once the license is activated, it SHALL NOT BE CANCELLED for a period of workout session and any case if the user desire to cancel the subscription, no refunds will be made upon such cancellation.
• It is the responsibility of the user to evaluate fitness and usability of the workout sessionbefore subscribing to our program.
• Once subscription is made, payment made towards subscribing the application shall stand NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• It is the user complete responsibility to familiarize with this refund and cancellation policy.
• By making payment toward The Company for Subscribing to our program you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy of the Company.
