What’s inside this Program
The one-on-one training will happen via an online platform, according to your convenience. We have two types of packages as per your requirements: 12 sessions in a month and 36 sessions for 3 months. Following your needs, you can choose the best weekly alternative days and preferable times in the below form. Our trainers will guide you until you reach your goal. Gradually, you can observe the body’s changes at the end of your session. The best thing about this programme is that at the beginning of every month we will analyse your whole body, like your strength, power, flexibility, injury history, etc., and the programme will change according to this.
